Since we are spending so much time in our homes, I thought our next project should be HOUSES!
Many artists have spent time drawing and painting their own homes and the homes of other people.
Take a look at your house, or a neighbors house out your window and start drawing!
Look for shapes and start with a large square or rectangle!

Do you know how to draw a square and put a triangle on top for a roof? Maybe there is something else on your house...
Is there a chimney?
Is there another square attached for a garage?
Is there a rectangle shaped window?
A door?
Use the guide below to help you with more ideas.
Once you have finished drawing in pencil, add more DETAILS (sidewalk, trees, playground, dog...)
Finish with COLOR! And have fun with it!
